At Oac, our Active Program is designed to encourage physical confidence and development which is not only important for every child’s physical health but for their self-esteem too. Our Active Program is designed by a qualified Sports Science Physiologist and Health Team in consultation with the Department of Health’s ‘National Physical Activity Recommendations for Children’.
