Coogee Beach Nursery (6 weeks – 2 years)
At Only About Children Coogee Beach, our nursery provides a calm and supportive environment for infants aged 6 weeks to 2 years. Our educators focus on building secure relationships and encouraging safe exploration during this important developmental stage.
Our Coogee Beach Nursery Program includes:
- Dedicated indoor and outdoor spaces for infants aged 6 weeks – 2 years.
- Sleeping rooms with a focus on safe sleep practices.
- Dietitian-designed baby meals and snacks.
- Essentials provided: nappies, cots, linen, and sunscreen.
- Gentle play-based learning through our Grow Curriculum

Coogee Beach Toddlers (2-3 years)
Our toddler program in Coogee Beach supports children aged 2-3 in a nurturing environment that balances learning and play. Our educators use small group activities to build confidence, social skills and early learning foundations.
What’s Included in Our Coogee Beach Toddler program:
- Purpose-built learning spaces for toddlers aged 2-3 years
- Balanced structured and unstructured play-based learning through our Grow Curriculum
- Small group learning activities.

Coogee Beach Preschool (3-5 years)
Our Coogee Beach preschool program prepares children for school through a blend of structured learning, creative play and wellbeing support. We use individualised learning plans to build skills in literacy, STEM, social development and resilience.
As a provider of NSW Start Strong Preschool Funding, our program is government-recognised and led by qualified early childhood teachers.
Our Coogee Beach Preschool Program Includes:
- Literacy, STEM, sustainability, music and art
- Individual Learning and Development Plans for every child with family check-ins every 6 months
- School-ready structure with core learning hours from 9am–3pm
- Long daycare hours for added flexibility and social growth
- Aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) for childcare.
- School-readiness support, including free Vision Screening

Katy White
Katy has over 12 years of experience in education and care, beginning her career as a Primary School Teacher in England before discovering her passion for early childhood education in Australia. Over the past six years, she has worked in roles including room leader and educational leader, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her work.
Katy loves leading a centre where children are at the heart of everything. She is passionate about creating an environment where children thrive, families feel confident and supported, and educators are inspired and valued. Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and her team is central to her approach, fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing community where every child can flourish.
She believes that the early years lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning. Every child is capable, curious, and unique, and Katy is committed to providing high-quality care and education in an environment where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged to explore.
In her spare time, Katy enjoys spending time with friends, walking along the beach, travelling, and visiting her family in England.
