Children enjoy nutritious meals in our spacious dining hall, located alongside our open kitchen where they can watch our much-loved cook, Martin, prepare fresh meals each day. Our dietitian-designed seasonal menus support children’s nutrition, health and wellbeing, while cooking experiences help foster healthy eating habits, curiosity and independence.

Our purpose-built state of the art Early Learning Centre is conveniently located at 409-411 South Road, Brighton East, VIC, a seven-minute walk from Moorabbin Train Station and close to nearby schools. The childcare centre has a large carpark off the main road, providing plenty of parking spaces so families can be assured of a smooth drop off and pick up every visit. There are bus stops nearby that connect to the wider area in both directions.

Brighton East Nursery (6 weeks – 2 years)
At Only About Children Brighton East Nursery, our passionate educators nurture curiosity, confidence and early learning for infants aged 6 weeks to 2 years. Our safe, stimulating environment combines structured routines with nurturing care and play.
Our Brighton East Nursery Program includes:
- Age-appropriate indoor and outdoor learning environments.
- Sleeping rooms with a focus on positive sleep practices.
- Dietitian-designed baby menus with daily meals and snacks.
- All baby essentials provided, including nappies, cots, linen, and sunscreen.
- Balanced structured and unstructured play-based learning through the Grow curriculum

Brighton East Toddlers (2-3 years)
Our Only About Children Brighton East, our toddler rooms provide a calm ,welcoming space that balances play, exploration, and learning. Passionate educators deliver play-based learning activities that support growth, problem solving, creativity and peer interaction.
Our Brighton East Toddler program includes:
- Safe age appropriate indoor and outdoor learning environments.
- Balanced structured and unstructured play-based learning through the Grow curriculum

Brighton East Kindergarten (3-5 years)
At Only About Children Brighton East, our kindergarten program is designed to give children aged 3-5 the strongest start to school. Led by qualified early childhood teachers, we focus on building school-ready skills through a balance of structured learning and play. Our Camberwell kindergarten is part of the Victorian Government Free Kinder program, plus recognised with the Kinder Tick.
What’s Included in Our Brighton East Kindergarten program:
- A play-based Grow curriculum covering literacy, STEM, sustainability, art, and music
- Individual learning and development plans with regular progress check-ins
- School-ready structure with core learning hours from 9am–3pm
- Long daycare hours for added flexibility and social growth
- Fully aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Health and Social Development support in preparation for school, including free Vision Screening

Stefphy Coosnapa
Stefphy began her journey in the early childhood sector six years ago as a teacher and has since progressed into leadership, driven by her passion for supporting children, families, and educators. She holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Learning, with a strong interest in trauma-informed practice and inclusive learning environments.
Her educational and leadership approach is grounded in relationships, reflective practice, and collaboration.
Her teaching philosophy views each child as capable and curious, valuing play-based, hands-on learning that builds confidence, wellbeing, and a love of exploration. She emphasises the critical importance of the first five years of life, recognising this period as foundational for brain development, emotional regulation, and lifelong learning. Through responsive, intentional practice, she aims to create enriching experiences that support strong neural connections and holistic development.
Outside of work, Stefphy enjoys travelling, painting, dancing, and writing – creative outlets that allow her to recharge, express herself, and stay inspired. She values maintaining a healthy balance between her professional and personal life. Stefphy is also a proud carer of her six parrots.
