Our newest campus, Torquay is a brand-new purpose built centre that provides an abundance of space for your child to learn, grow and explore from ages 6 week to 6 years.  Our childcare centre will feature a range of inspiring, custom-designed environments for children to explore with a focus on safety and development surrounded by age-appropriate natural and recycled materials.

Our passionate educators, allied health specialists and accredited dietitians will be focused on creating a learning space where families and children can learn and grow together. Every day, our in-house chefs will prepare nutritionally balanced meals using fresh, locally grown ingredients. Our nourishing meals are included in enrolment, allowing your child to enjoy seasonal meals with the right nutrition for their growing bodies.

With a team of qualified and passionate Educators, your child will find an early learning environment where they feel safe, nurtured, stimulated and happy. Only About Children Torquay Kindergarten will be focused on creating quality experiences that place your child in the best position to begin school. Our nurturing kindergarten educators will give special emphasis on building school-ready skills, such as Literacy & Language, Exploration & STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering & Math), Sustainability, Music, Dramatic Play and Art. We aim to make your child’s transition to school as smooth as possible by providing balanced, small group learning activities that build independence and resilience along with academic skills.

Our Only About Children Torquay campus will be focused on giving your child a calm and welcoming environment that balances play, exploration, and learning. Our Toddler rooms, led by passionate educators will create play-based learning activities designed to provide toddler-aged children with nurturing experiences that encourage growth and development.

Our Toddler rooms are designed to be safe, supportive spaces that facilitate creative exploration. Each space is expertly designed to encourage younger children to explore, solve problems, create, construct and interact with peers.

Our Torquay Toddler program includes:

• Age 2-3 years of appropriate learning and playing environments.
• Balanced structured and unstructured play-based learning – Grow curriculum.

Torquay Nursery 

At Only About Children Torquay Nursery, our passionate educators will focus on laying a foundation for enduring curiosity, confidence and a love of learning. Our Torquay Nursery will cater to the care and development needs of infants aged 6 weeks -2 years.

The Torquay Nursery will focus on safe sleep practices developed by qualified Family Health Nurses and Consultants. Our nursery is a safe and stimulating environment that encourages your child to explore and play and implements both structure and a nurturing environment with our exceptional caregiving and play routines.

Our Torquay Nursery Program includes:

• Age 6 weeks -2 years appropriate indoor/outdoor learning environments.
• Sleeping rooms with a focus on positive sleep practices.
• Dietitian designed baby menus with all meals and snacks included.
• Baby essentials such as nappies, cots, linen, and sunscreen.
• Balanced structured and unstructured play-based learning – Grow curriculum.
