MasterChef Tommy Pham’s Peach Sago

🍑Tommy’s Peach Sago – The Ultimate Summer Treat!
Recipe:
✔️ 1 cup sago pearls
✔️ 5 ripe peaches, deseeded & cut into chunks
✔️ 1 can coconut cream (or high-quality coconut milk)
✔️ 1–3 tbsp honey or condensed milk (adjust to taste)
🧑🍳 How to Make It:
- Cook the sago: Bring 8 cups (2L) of water to a boil. Add sago pearls, stir for 3 minutes to prevent clumping, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for ~8 minutes or until translucent. Strain, rinse under cold water & transfer to a bowl.
- Blend the peach sauce: Puree half the peaches with coconut cream.
- Sweeten: Stir in honey or condensed milk, adjusting to taste.
- Mix & chill: Combine sauce with sago pearls & refrigerate.
- Assemble: Layer sago & peach chunks in a cup.
- Top it off: Add extra peaches & enjoy! 🍑✨
