As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation unfolds both globally and locally, we continue to monitor all government advice and take precautionary and reactionary actions based on this.
In order to keep our families informed, this page will be updated regularly with the latest information and requirements for our families, children, team members and visitors. As always, the health and wellbeing of everyone in our community is our highest priority. In line with QLD government advice, specific to our QLD campuses, we request any QLD based families returning from interstate travel who arrive after 12.01am on Thursday 26th March to follow the government imposed two week self-isolation period, and not return to campus. We continue to implement quarantine requirements in line with advice from the Australian Government Department of Health. All families or team members who have travelled from mainland China, Iran, the Republic of Korea or Italy continue to be required to self-isolate for 14 days. Further, all travellers returning to Australia from 12.00 am on 16 March are required to self-isolate for 14 days. In line with government advice, we have extended existing quarantine requirements to now include Italy. If families any of our team members have left or transited through Italy on or after 11 March you must isolate yourself for 14 days from the time you left Italy.
Monday 9 March 2020
In line with government advice, we have now extended existing quarantine requirements to now include the Republic of Korea. If families or any of our team members are travelling from the Republic of Korea, on or after 5 March, you must isolate yourself for 14 days from the time you left the Republic of Korea. At this stage, families arriving in Australia from Italy are not required to isolate themselves unless they show Coronavirus symptoms. Our team members returning from Italy will be assessed on a case by case basis. Our latest update and quarantine requirements can be viewed below:
