We say ‘Thank You’ to our teams

Supporting team member wellbeing is always a key priority here at Oac, and now more than ever we want to ensure the wellbeing of our team members is front and centre.
We say ‘Thank You’ to our teams

While we’re unable to celebrate our employees through our annual Only About Children Excellence Awards this year, we were thrilled to launch our Oac Thank You Program. Each month from June to October we acknowledged and celebrate our people through a range of exciting and engaging initiatives.

In June we focused on giving thanks. We did this through videos, banners, cupcakes, gifts, cards and team events.

In July our focus turned to the wellbeing of our people, providing our teams with a range of exciting, interactive and at times, humorous resources to support their health and wellbeing. We engaged some fabulous teams to help shape this program including The Biting Truth, our Oac Active Team and our Employee Assistance Program partners AccessEAP.

Throughout August and September, we supported and encouraged our teams to spend time on their professional development, providing a range of tools and resources to help them to live, love and LEARN!

Supporting team member wellbeing is always a key priority here at Only About Children, and now more than ever we want to ensure the wellbeing of our team members is front and centre.

We share more about this program here.
