Only About Children is proud to be supporting The Early Learning and Care Council of Australia (ELACCA) who is leading a national campaign – Big Roles in Little Lives. This campaign is aimed at attracting more Australians to careers in early childhood education and care.

Despite the changing landscape of 2020, early childhood education and care is recognised as an essential industry. It is a thriving industry that is expected to see robust growth.

Families and children across Australia need passionate people in early education and care to help them learn and grow. At Only About Children, we are raising awareness of the incredibly important role Early Childhood Educators play in the lives of young children.

We know that working in early childhood education and care is more than just a job, it’s a rewarding career. Nothing beats the feeling of knowing that what you do each day is having a real impact on a child, not just in that moment – but for the rest of their life.
