Here’s what our families have to say
Responsible staff with an environment of accountability and responsibility make for an incredibly secure and safe environment. It also doesn't hurt that the child carers are genuinely vested in the children and actually care about them to boot! This is more than just a job for them - what more can you ask for?
Four of my kids have gone through this place and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Meet our Campus Director
Leah Espino
Hello, Kumusta? (How are you in Tagalog)! I am Leah (pronounced Leya) – originally from the Philippines and now proud to call Australia home. I moved here in 2013 to pursue further studies and have been part of the OAC community for almost a decade.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple campuses and age groups, starting as a casual educator before stepping into a Room Leader role. Since 2019, I’ve been based at the Rose Bay campus, where I’ve loved supporting our team, families, and, most importantly, the children
Creating a safe, trusting, and respectful environment is at the heart of everything I do. I believe that positive relationships are built on this foundation – where every child, family, and team member feels valued, heard, and a true sense of belonging.
As the eldest of three siblings, caring for children has always been a part of my life — from helping with family and cousins to volunteering in Sunday school and outreach programs supporting underprivileged children in the Philippines. These early experiences helped shape my passion for early childhood education and community connection.
In my spare time, I’m drawn to anything creative — from making candles to crochet, knitting, and tending to my indoor plants. I love learning new skills and challenging myself with new hobbies. I also enjoy cooking and hosting cozy dinner parties for friends and family.
