Campus Director
Hey there! I’m Gayathri. Proudly calling Australia my home for the last 20 years, the journey has filled my life with diverse experiences and wonderful memories.
With a strong emphasis on valuing education, my journey began as a lecturer. I embraced my passion for education, starting as an educator, progressing to a room leader, and ultimately stepping into leadership roles. I’ve managed a centre for the past seven years. My deep commitment to children’s early years has always been at the heart of my work. I firmly believe that the first five years of brain development are crucial in laying the foundation for the rest of a child’s life. My natural ability to build relationships with children and families has honed my leadership skills. I understand and celebrate the rich diversity each family brings, focusing on the child’s ‘being’ and how our play-based nurturing environment shapes their ‘becoming’ within our learning framework.
When I’m not immersed in the world of education, I cherish spending time with my family, who are my world. I also enjoy listening to music, tending to my garden, and losing myself in captivating books. These hobbies keep me balanced and bring joy to my life.
I’m excited and eager to meet and connect with everyone in this new role. Let’s make some magic happen together!
