MasterChef Tommy Pham’s Oatmeal Cookies


Tommy’s Oatmeal Cookies How-To Video
Ingredients (per child/ to make 4 cookies)
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup wholemeal flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 grated carrot
- 1/4 cup cranberries or raisins
- 2 tbsp coconut oil/butter
- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
Recipe
- Measure and add each ingredient to your mixing bowl
- Mix the ingredients with a spoon or your hands to make the cookie dough
- Portion out cookie dough to make approximately 4 cookies and place on a baking tray
- Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°
