Tommy’s Oatmeal Cookies How-To Video

 

Ingredients (per child/ to make 4 cookies)

  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup cranberries or raisins
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil/butter
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup

Recipe

  1. Measure and add each ingredient to your mixing bowl
  2. Mix the ingredients with a spoon or your hands to make the cookie dough
  3. Portion out cookie dough to make approximately 4 cookies and place on a baking tray
  4. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°
