Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced campus director to join the team and continue to support the children, families, and team on their journey at OAC Elsternwick. You will have strong business acumen and proven success in providing quality education and care to the children in your campus, whilst providing an exceptional experience and meaningful partnerships with families.

Working in collaboration with key functional business partners in Operations, Education, People & Culture and Family Support – the Campus Director is accountable for management of the campus as a whole.

  • Ensuring child safety and welfare at all times
  • Being a positive role model by coaching and mentoring team members through Educational Leadership
  • Ensuring ongoing, professional and timely communication between the campus and families
  • Taking personal responsibility for modelling and driving our HEART values and leadership practices
