Campus Educators
Hailey Masters
Campus Director
Hi, I’m Hailey, the Campus Director at Castle Hill.
I joined our Castle Hill campus in 2025, bringing with me more than a decade of experience with Only About Children. My journey began in 2012 as a trainee at our Chatswood campus, where I completed my Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education. From there, I moved to our Artarmon campus and progressed from Room Leader to Assistant Director, and ultimately to Campus Director. I spent eight wonderful years there, growing professionally and working alongside incredible families and educators, before making the move to Castle Hill to be closer to home while continuing to do the work I love.
I’m also a proud mum to a beautiful little boy who joins me here at Castle Hill. Being both a parent and an educator gives me a deep appreciation for the trust families place in us every day.
I am deeply passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children, families and educators can truly thrive. Child safety is not just a requirement. It is a responsibility I take seriously and lead with intention. I am committed to ensuring every child feels secure, respected and empowered. For me, safety means more than supervision. It means fostering environments where children’s voices are heard, their wellbeing is prioritised, and strong partnerships with families are at the centre of everything we do.
I believe children are capable, confident learners who can achieve anything when supported by an environment that offers freedom, guidance and security to explore and grow.
For me, a campus is more than a place of learning. It is a community. Our children and families are at the heart of every decision we make. My commitment is to lead and support our team in delivering consistently high‑quality care and meaningful learning experiences, while ensuring every family feels welcomed, valued and confident in their choice.
I look forward to meeting you and welcoming your family into our Castle Hill community.

Being an Educator is far more than a career, it is a calling rooted in care, responsibility, and hope. Every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and safe, capable of becoming the very best version of themselves. To witness their growth, discoveries, and small everyday victories is a privilege I carry with deep gratitude each day.

“I love the OAC Castle Hill campus. It is a home away from home for the children and me. When I step into the service, I see children bring in their personality and culture. I love to explore and communicate with them to learn and understand them. I believe this is how we best work with families and support the children.”

“I really like working with our team. I enjoy spending time getting to know families and children, building connections, understanding what children love to eat, and helping families with tips to support children eating nutritious meals not just at school, but at home too. I love when I see the children happy when they’re eating, followed by a big sleep with full tummies! At the end of the day, when the children go home happy with their happy parents, I love to see that.”
