Highly recommend OACC! The educators are kind, caring and genuinely invested in the children. Our child has loved attending and has grown so much in confidence and development. Always a welcoming environment and such peace of mind knowing they’re well looked after each day.

Great centre all round - great facilities, resources and range of activities. The educators are kind, caring, and nurturing. My child has been happy there since joining in 2024. The manager is great, actually listens, takes feedback onboard and cares for the children well being. Low staff turnover. Always accommodating and flexible.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful, nurturing environment for our daughter. She started in the nursery room at OAC Rhodes about 3 years ago, and we have stayed with the center ever since.
The educators are genuinely caring, professional, and dedicated to the children's well-being. Our daughter often suffers from eczema flare-ups, and the educators and management team consistently go above and beyond to help her manage it. They proactively apply her moisturizer multiple times a day without hesitation, which gives us immense peace of mind as parents.
We cannot recommend OAC Rhodes highly enough to any family looking for excellent childcare!

Since joining OAC Elsternwick I have been made to feel part of a family. My baby is cared for, supported and loved… leaving me with no hesitation leaving her. She has the best time at daycare.

My child started at OAC Elsternwick in Jan 2026. The team has been so wonderful during the transition, he is so happy and confident now. My son loves his room educators and socializing with the children.

My two children have attended OAC Elsternwick so we have been fortunate enough to experience the baby room, toddler 1, toddler 2 and the preschool room. I have continuously been impressed by the love and care both my children have received in all of the rooms, how attentive the educators have been, how enthusiastic they are towards our children’s wellbeing. My kids have always loved going and I know I can drop them off with full confidence in the team. They have my gratitude and deep appreciation for their ongoing hard work. The relay of information is smooth and consistent, we are always kept in the loop. The education is of the highest standard and my preschooler started school this year with her best foot forward thanks to the amazing preparation given to her here.

The staff have also helped me during my motherhood journey and have always been wonderful in offering suggestions with things like toilet training, transitioning from 1 to 2 children, and just a kind ear during difficult mornings.

The facilities, outdoor playground and toys are fantastic.

The educators are genuinely caring and attentive, and it’s clear they treat each child with warmth and respect because I can see the difference in my kid. I can see how much she is learning, growing, and thriving there.

We have had a wonderful experience at OAC Haberfield. What stands out most is the genuine sense of community that has been created. The staff truly care about the children and their families, creating a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued.

The centre is always exceptionally clean, well maintained, and focused on safety, giving us complete confidence that our child is in good hands. The educators provide a fantastic range of age-appropriate activities that are engaging, educational, and tailored to each stage of development.

One of the greatest testaments to the quality of the service is the staff retention. Many of the educators have been at the centre for many years, which provides continuity and familiarity for the children. Unlike some childcare services where there is a constant stream of unfamiliar faces, OAC Haberfield has a stable, experienced team that genuinely knows and cares for the children.

Every day we are greeted by happy, friendly faces, and our child is excited to attend. We are incredibly grateful for the care, support, and sense of belonging that OAC Haberfield provides and would highly recommend it to other families.

OAC Turramurra is an excellent daycare centre. The educators genuinely care about the children and their safety. Their team is always friendly, professional and caring, and I love that they see the value of retaining permanent staff and do not have casuals at the centre. They often have days where the staff are “over ratio-ed” and as parents who think it is ludicrous that the government thinks 4 infants to 1 educator is a reasonable ratio, we are delighted to see a daycare centre where they seem value in putting extra staff in rooms in order to increase monitoring and care in the interest of safety. We hope that OAC head office sees this review and continues to show value and support of staff at OAC.
