OAC Rose Bay village has been committed to improving outcomes for my preschool daughter while creating a positive community for parents. They are consistent in their care despite having some turnover with staff (albeit for legitimate personal reasons) and communication is exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful centre, the educators are exceptionally lovely and attentive; my son loves going everyday. There are lots of activities, communication and opportunities for education. Would highly recommend.

My eldest has been here for nearly 3 years now since (maples) and now her brother over a year, I cannot recommend this place enough.
The staff from management to educators are beyond phenomenal.
Even when we’ve a concern or issue it is always rectified promptly and professionally.

We’ve sent our daughter here since she was 10 months (she’s now 2.5) old and have nothing but positive things to say about OAB Neutral Bay. The educators are so caring & kind. They know all the kids names even if they’re not in their specific room which makes for such a welcoming environment. The communication is very proactive and you get so many updates which is particularly reassuring in the early days! The outdoor space at this centre is what sold it for us. It’s such a bonus in this area and makes for so many fun activities. The food is prepared by Ash (the chef) and it’s so varied and nutritious. OAC hosts community events regularly which keeps parents and extended family members involved. We have loved sending our daughter here and would always recommended it to others. Thank you Ingrid & Merlin for running such a wonderful place for our daughter to thrive!

My two boys have attended this daycare since they were little and they both absolutely loved it! There is always something fun for them to do and the staff are truely exceptional and genuinely interested in the wellbeing and education of the children. The support they provide is second to none. ❤️

Stefphy and the whole team makes the campus what it is. They are all so welcome and show true care for my two boys. You can see the have passion in what they do and that translates with how my boys are growing and learning. The team make such a positive impact on our family. I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else

We couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre. The staff are absolutely lovely – they genuinely care, go the extra mile, and are so personable with both children and parents.

The outdoor area is fantastic and gives the kids plenty of space to explore and play, and the centre offers such a great variety of activities. From gardening and wet play to watching chickens hatch, there’s always something engaging and hands-on happening.

A special mention to the chef – the food is amazing and clearly made with care. We also love how much effort the centre puts into celebrations. Whether it’s Easter, Christmas, or Mother’s Day, they really make it special with decorations, events, and thoughtful touches like morning teas and even things like pony rides at themed parties.

Communication is excellent – the app updates and personal photos give real peace of mind and make you feel connected to your child’s day.

Most importantly, my child absolutely loves going. She’s always asking to go and talks about her friends and teachers all the time, which says everything.

My child went to this centre from when he was 2 years old all the way up until he headed off to school. The care provided by the team here is amazing, they know each child and their interests and support is with our goals at home. They would always let me know about his day and send me lots of photos. A lot of the staff have been there for many years and the new director Abby is a star, she always has a smile on her face, is familiar with every child and so helpful!

I knew this was the centre for us the very minute I was greeted at the door by the director at the time Miss Kylie. Our little boy started in nursery at 7months and now at 2.4yr old has thrived and keeps amazing us every day with the new skills he is constantly showing us at home. The family feel environment and care from the educators and current directors Miss Shannon and Miss Jacinta is next level and we feel so lucky to be part of the OAC family.

We have been at OAC Ferny Hills for almost five years now, and the wonderful team have truly become my "village". It's very easy to see why this is an Exceeding centre, as the quality of care is absolutely second to none. Every single team member is outstanding, and they work so hard to ensure every child has access to engaging early learning activities every day. My children have been happy, safe and loved every single day they have attended.

The food is amazing, and all the parents joke at drop off with the wonderful chef that they'll pop in later for morning tea or lunch.

The leadership team do an incredible job in supporting staff as well as families, and this is shown in the very low turnover and excellent staff retention.

The physical environment is clean, modern, safe and engaging. My children love the Learning Garden and the large wooden playscape as well as the abundance of natural resources.

My youngest child is in Kindergarten this year. I know they will head off to big school confident and happy and well prepared, with a true love of learning.

I will be truly sad to see the end of our days at OAC but I'm so happy and grateful that my children have had the support and love of the wonderful team at Ferny Hills. I will continue to recommend them to families in our community.

Absolutely love this daycare. My son went here 10 years ago and now my toddler goes here. All the staff are amazing and willing to do anything to help your little one settle in and feel comfortable. 100% recommend!!

So very happy with our experience at this centre. I was incredibly nervous to put my daughter into daycare but she’s had the most beautiful, supportive transition into nursery thanks to all of the wonderful staff.

My son loves this place. He’s made some amazing friends, built some strong bonds with a few teachers.

So glad we have this wonderful daycare in our area. We’ve had such a positive experience over the last 2 years and truly value the warm, friendly community they’ve created. From the moment we joined, both my children and I felt welcomed and supported. The educators are friendly, kind, approachable and care about the children, the food is fresh and varied which makes a big difference day to day.

I feel completely comfortable with talking to the Director/ leadership team (Shannon and Jacinta) whenever I have questions or concerns, and more importantly I feel heard. It’s reassuring to know that my input is valued and that there’s a real partnership when it comes to my children’s care and wellbeing.

Overall, it’s a down to earth, nurturing environment where families are respected and included and I’m very grateful to be part of this community.

I’ve had both of my boys attend OAC, and now my youngest is still there while my oldest has started school. My son Noah absolutely loves going to OAC—there was even a time when we were juggling between two daycares, and he would always ask to go to OAC because it was his favourite. It’s been so reassuring as a parent to see how happy and comfortable he feels there. The staff are incredibly caring and genuinely passionate about helping each child grow while supporting their individual interests. We did have to wait a full year to secure a full-time spot, which really speaks to how special and well-loved this daycare is.
