At Only About Children Neutral Bay, Reconciliation Week is a time for reflection, learning and meaningful action. As a community, we come together to take steps toward a shared future built on truth, respect and unity.

This year, our campus created a Reconciliation Tree, a special space where children, families and educators could contribute a message of hope, respect or reconciliation by writing on a gum leaf and adding it to the tree.

We invited families to be part of this journey, creating opportunities for conversation, connection and shared learning.

This experience is a great example of our Grow Curriculum in action. The Grow Curriculum is our unique educational framework, guided by the Australian Early Years Learning Framework and the Australian National Curriculum. Designed by our in-house Education and Health specialists, it supports the development of Nursery, Toddler and Preschool or Kindergarten children by nurturing both left-brain logic and right-brain creativity.

At OAC, we believe education goes beyond the classroom. It is about fostering a sense of identity, belonging and community from the very beginning.
