About Only About Children 

At Only About Children (Oac) we like to do things a little differently. Our unique child led curriculum is part of our holistic approach which includes programs designed in house for music, language, drama, active and sustainability. We have seasonal healthy menus designed by our own nutritionists and prepared by our campus chefs each day and an in-house Health team including speech pathologists and occupational therapists who can work directly with children, Educators and families where any developmental delays or issues can be supported.

About the Role and Campus

Only About Children Caringbah are looking to welcome an Early Childhood Teacher to their team. This role will see you inspiring the programs while ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: 

  • Ensure the Oac Grow curriculum is being delivered at the highest standard 
  • Maintaining ongoing records of the children’s development, program and daily information for children
  • Facilitate a collaborative work environment focusing on a One Team approach by supporting educators
  • Create inspiring, interesting, and age appropriate learning environments 
  • Form meaningful partnerships with families to reach the best outcomes for each individual child
  • A focus on the Primary Care-Giving Approach

Essential Criteria 

  • Bachelors/Masters in Early Childhood teaching or ACECQA equivalent 
  • NESA Accreditation
  • A cooperative team player who enjoys working in a cohesive environment
  • Strong passion for early childhood education and supporting the needs of children as individuals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Planning and programming experience as well as leadership skills
