We had a very positive experience with the enrolment process, and the team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout.

The centre is spacious, airy and welcoming, with a large open space and plenty of fun activities for the children. My son has only attended 3 sessions so far, but he already loves it and enjoys his time there so much that he doesn’t want to leave!

The educators are gentle, caring and attentive, which makes us feel comfortable and reassured as parents. We also love receiving daily updates through the app, so we can stay informed about how our son is doing and what he gets up to throughout the day.

We’re very happy with our experience so far and look forward to seeing our son continue to learn, grow and enjoy his time here!

We are incredibly happy with OAC. Our daughter has been there for over a year now and literally runs into the educators arms every morning. Amazing team (shout out Molly and Mary) and run incredibly well (Carly and the team).

My son has been attending OAC Freshwater, 5 days a week, for the past ~2 years, moving through from baby, to toddler, to pre-school rooms. My son is thriving here - he is happy, confident, has formed close bonds with peers, and his development is evident.

I love that there is a nice balance of 'education' as well as outdoor play (Sandpit / Gardening) and physical activities such as Yoga, Dancing etc, along with social and behavioural skills. The rooms are clean, tidy, and always set and ready for the day when we arrive.

All the educators are warm, caring, and my son talks about many of them fondly at home.

As an expat overseas without family here, we are very reliant on OAC as our extended village > they are flexible with arrangements and we couldn't rate them more highly as a dependable, professional centre with genuine care for our son. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing team at OAC Enmore! My son has been struggling with settling in but his educators do everything to make him comfortable and feel loved. They are so patient and caring, I know that he is well looked after every day.

We are so happy that we moved our child to Kool Kidz. Our daughter was at a different early learning centre for the past couple of years and since day 1, we have noticed the difference in atmosphere and the level of engagement from educators at Kool Kidz. Whilst reluctant to move her (grass isn't always greener), we are so glad we did. There is a level of structure and routine at Kool Kidz that was not there at her previous ELC. It's not chaos. Her previous centre at daily pick up and drop offs ot was always chaotic. It's so clear that Educators are working together to help with building independence, emotional regulation and teaching her how to build relationships with the other children in her room. So a huge thanks. You all should be so proud of the work you do in getting these little people ready for the big wide world!

My two children attend Kool Kids Charlemont and have been very happy with the service overall.

My 1 year old started his daycare journey a few months ago and I have been so impressed with the care and organisation shown in the ladybugs room.

They genuinely care for each child, and their routine is excellent. The leaders in the room run a tight ship, and this means that every child receives excellent and consistent level of care. They have done a great job getting to know us and our child and provide care based on each child’s individuals needs.

Would recommend to any parent who is unsure or nervous about childcare starting for their infant. Transition was smooth and extremely reassuring.

The facilities there are always clean, extremely well maintained and always changing to provide new experiences for the children.

Very very happy with the care for my son. All the educators know my child, are interested in him snd show genuine care for him. He has a big smile when we pull up each day and the lines of communication are above and beyond. We have been very happy!

We had our son Max enrolled at Only About Children for 2 years and he loved it. We have moved on from Rosebay but we will miss the teaching crew and the Director Bianca. They are an amazing team and really do care about the kids and ensure everyone is getting the best care. We will miss you guys, cheers Duncan, Hayley and Max.

The Camberwell Centre is wonderful:) there is a really nice community feeling. The educators in the nursery room are wonderful! Really caring, nurturing and supportive of the children and always providing great experiences and learnings for them.

We've had our son here since he was 11 mths and have had an overall great experience. The educators are always positive and welcoming, and after so many years most of them feel like friends. They aren't immune to the usual staffing issues affecting most centres but there are a fair few long term educators and even long term casual staff. They show interest in our son's development and milestones and are diligent with informing us on his wins and areas we need to all help him move through. They let us know when incidents occur, i can't fault their communication. It's a happy environment, bright, spacious and clean, healthy food and snacks, we really can't ask for more.

My son attended OAC Freshwater from ages 1–3, and we couldn’t have been happier with the care he received during those years. All the Nursery and Toddler educators were so caring, and I’m incredibly grateful they were part of our family’s village.
Louise and Tash were also so supportive, always offering a listening ear whenever I needed to have a little chat. They made sure my son received the best possible care and always followed up on any notes or concerns I shared. Being a first-time mum comes with its fair share of worries, but the team was always so attentive, understanding and respectful, which gave me so much peace of mind.
We will forever be grateful for the wonderful team at OAC Freshwater.

Our daughter has only been at the centre for two weeks, but we’ve had such a good experience so far. After moving her from another centre, I was really worried about how she would settle in, but she has done amazingly well. It’s been such a nice change to see her become so comfortable and happy in her new environment, she’s even eating almost everything there!

The staff have been so caring, attentive and welcoming. Every afternoon when I pick her up, she is happy, settled and in such a good mood. She’s even been singing in the car on the way home, which is so lovely to see and very different from her experience at her previous centre, where she would often yell and scream the whole car ride home.

Knowing that she is happy, well cared for and enjoying her days makes going back to work so much easier. We’re really grateful to the whole team for making the transition such a positive experience for both her and us.

We are so happy with our experience at Only About Children Deanside. I absolutely love seeing how settled, comfortable and happy both of my children have become since starting there — one is in Nursery and the other in Kinder.

The educators are so caring, welcoming and supportive, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing our children are in a nurturing environment where they feel safe and happy. It’s been wonderful watching them grow in confidence and enjoy going each day.
