Yoga is hugely beneficial for children. In this toddler sessions we focus on our flexibility, balance, core work, strength and breathing techniques through fun poses and games. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement and has been working in the early childhood sector since 2014. Currently she has been working at Oac as our Active specialist. In this fun and interactive workshop Chloe will run parents and toddler children through practical yoga movements and poses you can replicate at home.

Natasha has an Advanced Diploma in Rudolph Steiner Education, a Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Horticulture. She has merged her love for early childhood education and gardening into her business Sage Garden providing organic gardening education for children in the early years. In the 45 minute worm farm and composting workshop Natasha will take you through the process of setting up a worm farm and compost bin step by step.
