Role Overview

About the Role

Working in collaboration with key functional business partners (Senior Operations, Children Services, People and Culture, and Enrolment and Occupancy) the Campus Director is accountable to deliver educational services to families and manage the campus as a whole.  A strong reliance on constructive communication and collaboration between different functional areas is a critical component of the role. 

  • Ensure child safety and welfare at all times
  • Be a positive role model by coaching and mentoring team members through Educational Leadership
  • Ensure ongoing, professional and timely communication between the campus and families
  • Take personal responsibility for modelling and driving organisational values and leadership practices
  • Recognise, support and adhere to the values and philosophy of the company and campus

Requirements of the Role

  • Diploma qualified educator or above
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (Room Leader, Ed Leader, AD etc)
  • Strong knowledge of the Oac Grow curriculum
  • Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF and industry regulations
  • A dynamic personality, creativity and a clear passion for early childhood education
  • Knowledge of operational and administrative requirements of a campus

About the Campus

Our St Ives childcare Campus is purpose-built 75 place centre with one nursery, one toddler, one junior preschool, and two senior preschool rooms. Conveniently located at 75 Killeaton Street, St Ives on the corner of Killeaton St and Memorial Ave, the centre is easy to access from public transport, close to the nearby shopping centre, and has a secure underground car park.
