Head of Commercial Finance

Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Commercial Finance will have overall responsibility for partnering with executive and senior leaders across sales & marketing, operations and people & culture to identify opportunities to improve the financial performance of the business.

You and your team will leverage data analytics and BI tools to support the business with insights and analysis; using these tools to challenge stakeholders, ensuring decisions and actions align with the overall strategic & financial targets of the business.

You will also play a key leadership role in translating overall business goals into actionable initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience of successfully partnering with senior commercial and operational stakeholders, ideally in a multi-site setting. Experience from within childcare or another highly regulated environment would be extremely beneficial.

You’ll also need to be:

  • Tertiary qualified in finance or commerce with 5 – 10  years experience
  • Experienced in leveraging data to drive insights, enabling business partners to deliver on operational goals
  • Experience in designing, implementing and driving system changes that impact day to day operations
  • A strong background in designing and delivering against goals and targets that impact business outcomes
