Our early learning campuses cater to 0-6-year-olds, designed to spark growth, learning, and discovery. Our playgrounds and tools incorporate modern, interactive designs to guarantee a delightful experience for our children. We operate in 75 campuses across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

The Traineeship Program:
Our Traineeship Program aims to aid individuals passionate about launching their careers in the Early Childhood Education sector. Through our program, participants can pursue a nationally accredited qualification while acquiring essential on-the-job experience at our campuses.

OAC is proud to collaborate with Kool Kids and TAFE as our training providers, ensuring that our trainees receive the top-notch training experience. Our experienced campus team is dedicated to supporting your educational journey and offering guidance throughout your traineeship.

Traineeship Timeframe:

  • Full-time Traineeships are between 12-18 months. 
  • Part-time Traineeships are between 24-36 months. 

Traineeship Requirements:

  • Holds AU Citizenship, Permanant Residency or VISA with no working AND studying restrictions for a 24-month period. 
  • Currently obtain or is willing to obtain Working with Childrens Check.
  • Candidate must be open to complete a Functions Assessment as part of the selection process.

The ideal candidate would be:

  • An individual with a genuine interest, passion for the Early Childhood Education sector. 
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Committed learner with great time & task management skills  
  • A team player who’s able to embrace a family like culture and contributes value.
