At Only About Children (Oac) we understand the importance of early years learning. Quality education improves a child’s development, social and emotional outcomes. We not only nurture and support early years learning, we also focus on the well being of our team members, providing people with endless opportunities to grow their careers and reach their full potential. 

We have seasonal healthy menus designed by our own nutritionists and prepared by our campus chefs each day and an in-house Health team including speech pathologists and occupational therapists who can work directly with children, Educators and families where any developmental delays or issues can be supported. 

The Roles & campuses

Calling all ECT Educators! We are recruiting for our Surry Hills campus.

OAC Surry Hills is a beautiful hideaway in the heart of Sydney located walking distance from Central station. The indoor play space is open and airy encouraging children to interact and build positive relationships. The outdoor area is expansive and there are many natural elements for the children to explore. A large climbing frame provides scope for the children’s imaginations as they play in the shade of the trees.

Our unique child led curriculum is part of our holistic approach which includes programs designed in house for music, language, drama, active, sustainability and seasonal menus designed by our own nutritionists and prepared by our campus chefs. Join Oac and you’ll gain access to our in house Health team who work directly with you, children and families where developmental delays or issues exist. 

  • Degree/Masters in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR 
  • NESA Teacher Registration
  • Previous Experience working within an Early Childhood Setting 
  • A Working With Children Check 
  • A creative and cooperative team player 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Commitment to excellence in early childhood
