Only About Children Ferny Hills

Only About Children Ferny Hills is a warm and inviting child care campus that is proud to be rated ‘exceeding’ by the National Quality Standard with underground parking available within the campus. 

• Only About Children Ferny Hills has four separate, dedicated outdoor play areas with lots of space for adventure and self-lead play.
• Our six age-based indoor spaces are cosy and homelike. They cater for nursery children right through to kindergarten ages and are specifically designed to encourage children to learn and grow with a focus on safety and natural elements.

At Only About Children, we’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Teachers to join our teams. These are casual positions across our beautiful Ferny Hills campus.

About the Role
Working as a part of the Only About Children casual team is such an important and valuable role. You will quickly become a key part of our team and we want to ensure you feel welcomed, supported, and valued in your role.

The role will see you working in collaboration with the wider team to ensure children are inspired to learn in a stimulating environment. We envision that the successful candidate will be confident in:

• Inspiring children through play-based and interest focused activities 
• Creating meaningful partnerships with families, children, and educators
• Supporting daily routines in line with the Oac Grow Curriculum 
• Be flexible and adaptable to work across different rooms

For this role we are ideally seeking:

• Approved teaching ACEQCA recognised qualifications and NESA Techer summary Report or Teachers degree with course completion transcript.
• Excellent communication skills 
• Flexibility to work on-call, be booked in advanced, and be adaptable 
• Working with Children Check  or Blue Card- Employee
