About Us

Our beautiful Carindale campus is specifically designed to encourage children to learn and grow with a focus on safety and natural elements. We love to connect with our local area and community through excursions and activities that feed into children’s interests and learning.

Only About Children childcare Carindale include regular trips to the Carindale Library, local retirement homes, Bunnings and Woolworths and Clean Up Australia walks. We enjoy hosting many visits and celebrations throughout the year including animal visits, performances, cultural celebrations, Grandparent’s Day, Pyjama Day and many more! 

About the Role

This role will see you inspiring the programs across the kindergarten while ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: 

  • Ensure the Oac Grow curriculum is being delivered via a holistic, play-based, interest-focused approach to learning 
  • Maintaining records of the children’s development
  • Working in a collaborative work environment focusing on a One Team approach
  • Form meaningful partnerships with families to reach the best outcomes for each individual child

We also have a dedicated Program Lead within our People & Culture Team, who works across all three states supporting our Early Childhood Teachers. This is a newly created at role Only About Children, to provide the best possible experience for our Early Childhood Teachers, providing advice and guidance through the process of achieving their accreditation.
