The Role 

At Only About Children Brunswick West, children are at the heart of our brand and we believe in the positive impact we can have on their overall education and wellbeing. We felt there was an opportunity to leapfrog the sector, to be at the cutting edge of everything we do. 

Your role as a Campus Director is to deliver operational service and quality to our children, our team, and our families whilst taking ownership of the business including financial success and driving expected business outcomes. 

Working in collaboration with key functional business partners (Children Services, People and Culture, and Enrolment and Occupancy) the Campus Director is accountable to deliver educational services to families and manage the campus as a whole.  A strong reliance on constructive communication and collaboration between different functional areas is a critical component of the role.

The Campus

Only About Children Brunswick West is a light-filled, warm and welcoming campus, with a range of exciting, resource-rich environments. With dedicated outdoor play areas, children have plenty of space for creativity, exploration, and self-lead play. Children can enjoy our bike track, worm farm and our wonderful vegetable garden! Our age-based indoor spaces are designed around natural elements and encourage children in their growth and learning.

We enjoy our connection with the local community and our excursions and community activities are based around the children’s interests and learning. At Only About Children childcare Brunswick West, this means regular participation in a ‘Bush Kinder’ program and regular visits to our local nursing home.

Requirements for this opportunity:

  • Diploma or Bachelor qualification (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • 5-7 years demonstrated leadership experience in an early childhood setting
  • A strong understanding of key commercials and a high level of business acumen
  • Ability to support the campus through educational leadership with a strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF
  • A dynamic personality, creativity, and a clear passion for early childhood education
