The Role: 
We are actively seeking a Customer Engagement and Enrolment Specialist to join our dynamic team on a 12-month contract, which has a strong potential for extension or a permanent transition. This role is pivotal in converting warm leads into enrolments, guiding families on an enlightening journey to discover and trust OAC. Through this role, you will also gain extensive exposure to the early childcare sector and enhance your expertise in stakeholder management, customer engagement, as well as B2C sales & conversions. 
Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically convert warm leads into enrolments, directly contributing to increased campus occupancy.
  • Engage with various stakeholders, gaining exposure to business operations and the Early Childhood sector. 
  • Manage your own portfolio from day one. 
  • Utilize CRM systems like HubSpot to manage leads and client interactions. 
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support to meet and exceed enrolment targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed enrolment targets. 

About You: 

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service – in similar environments highly desired. 
  • Familiarity to CRM systems such as HubSpot or equivalent platforms. 
  • Proven track record in converting warm leads to sales, or in client retention and account management roles.
  • A curious nature, resilience in the face of challenges, exceptional organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
