Role Overview

About Oac

At Only About Children (Oac) we like to do things a little differently. Our unique child led curriculum is part of our holistic approach which includes programs designed in house for music, language, drama, active and sustainability.

We have seasonal healthy menus designed by our own nutritionists and prepared by our campus chefs each day. Our nutrition program includes a 4 week rotating seasonal menu that meets children’s needs, taking into account nutritional and energy requirements as well as cultural and health needs.

Being a Cook for Oac

The Stand Alone Cook we’re seeking is tasked with preparing and cooking nutritious meals for children aged 0-6 years whilst upholding the cleanliness and ensuring that the kitchen operates within the National Quality Standards and governing regulations.

This campus is residentially located and surrounded by expansive leafy gardens and play spaces. Children enjoy a warm, secure and inviting environment that our qualified Educators have worked hard to build. With the outdoors easily accessible, Oac McDowall offers quality facilities, innovative interior and exterior play areas as well as a comprehensive curriculum.
