Role Overview
Only About Children Hawthorn is a light filled, warm and inviting child care centre that has 109 places across 5 rooms and 3 levels with onsite parking. Each age group has their own dedicated outdoor learning environments and ample space to explore and learn.
We are looking for an experienced leader to cover a short-term 6 or 12 month contract at our Hawthorn campus, to continue to support the children and team on their journey. Following this, there will be opportunities to move to an ongoing permanent contract at another OAC campus to continue your journey with us.

Working in collaboration with key functional business partners in Ops, Education, People & Culture and Family Support – the Campus Director is accountable for management of the campus as a whole.

- Ensuring child safety and welfare at all times
- Being a positive role model by coaching and mentoring team members through Educational Leadership
- Ensuring ongoing, professional and timely communication between the campus and families
- Taking personal responsibility for modelling and driving our HEART values and leadership practices
